This is definitely the top hotel I've stayed at in this area! 🌟

Beautiful and marvellous location, great area, near popular tourist destinations, Dubrovnik by boat or bus, and the sea from the side. Comfy bed in the studio, plus a refrigerator, climate control, and a personal safe.

Well-maintained and good quality rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! It has stunning location right next to the beach, in a natural area.

The food here was really good with a nice variety to choose from. I picked this place mainly because it's so close to the coast - you can easily pop over to Dubrovnik by boat or bus. Plus, the beaches and the beautiful Adriatic Sea are right there for you to enjoy. 🏖️

The hotel can be reached very quickly from the airport, the centre of Dubrovnik is still a little way away. The large facility is very beautiful. Especially the pool and direct beach section are worthwhile. The rooms are practically furnished and clean.
Overall, we didn't like the breakfast so much. In the restaurant the tables were unfortunately not clean and the selection at the buffet didn't suit our taste.

It was a great three weeks. The Bilos family is very warm, extremely friendly and you feel very welcome. Our fears that the main street might be noisy have not materialized. Due to the location below the street, nothing came from the street noise. Particularly great, of course, is the direct private access to the sea and the terrace, which is really hard to see. So a total of three perfect weeks!

The tavern at breakfast reminds strongly of 80s style.

Beautiful location, overlooking the bay few miles outside Dubrovnik. Spectacular swimming pool overlooking the sea with the water colour changing to reflect the sea and sky at different times of day. Recommend the self catering apartments with private balconies with sea/tree views & you can use Hotel restaurant and pool. They have their own small landing stage for boats going to Dubrovnik (you can order one like a taxi!). Choice of 3 restaurants situated on site. Lovely garden and trees.
Slightly awkward without a car as you have to climb up to main road to get public bus for Dubrovnik or villages along that coastline. However, there is a daily tourist bus which comes down to the Hotel/Villa area twice a day. Or you can take a boat across the bay to Dubrovnik (more expensive but fun).

the location was good, not far from the beach, but the beach was stony, the facilities are clean, breakfast could be better, with not much money you can offer much, much better (!), the staff in every respect TOP
few parking spaces for such a large complex, the breakfast offered as already mentioned could be much better and tastier with not much effort

Staff was extremely heipful and courteous. Pool facilities were excellent. Would prefer accomodation with a sitting room as all studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apts have beds only. All in all, a very enjoyable visit. We love Croatia!
